Picture a group of friends gathered around a television set, a bowl of popcorn in the center and excitement in the air as they wait for the latest blockbuster movie to begin. However, what if we told you that there was a movie so bad that it became famous? That movie is none other than “Hobgoblins,” one of the worst movies ever made.
Released in 1988, “Hobgoblins” tells the story of a group of small-demon-like creatures who wreak havoc on a group of teenagers after they escape from a film studio vault. The plot sounds like it could have been interesting, but instead, “Hobgoblins” delivers one terrible scene after another.
The storyline seems to drag on and on, and the poor acting from the cast does nothing to help. In fact, the acting is so bad that it’s almost comical. Director Rick Sloane tried his best with his low budget but failed miserably.
